Firstly at checkin desk i was shouted at for not queuing, even tho we had been queuing for about 20mins. There were a few issues that could have been easily resolved if some better thought and planning was considered.When booking direct there are some addiitonal benefits which on the face of it are nice touches, but in reality not well executed.
